Asia Bookie Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

To use Asia Bookie's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not currently experiencing a clinically recognised gambling problem or enrolled in any self-exclusion programme.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party — each account must be registered and used solely by the account owner.

Asia Bookie reserves the right to verify a member's identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in account suspension and cancellation of winnings without compensation.

Each member is permitted to hold one (1) account only at Asia Bookie. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date — including your full name, phone number, and bank or eWallet details.
• The name on your Asia Bookie account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Your account password is your personal responsibility. Asia Bookie will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Any unauthorised activity resulting from a member's failure to keep their password secure is entirely the member's own responsibility.
• Asia Bookie reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian identity card) at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

Asia Bookie supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are conducted in MYR and no currency conversion fees are charged.

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect).
• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by the respective payment method and member account limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Asia Bookie account within 1 to 5 minutes. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• Any deposit made from an unauthorised source or on behalf of a third party may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
• Asia Bookie does not accept cash, cheques, or international transfers.

All deposits are final once credited to your account and cannot be reversed by the member after a bet has been placed using them. In the event of a technical issue during the deposit process, any uncredited funds will be returned to the original source within 3 to 5 business days.

Asia Bookie is committed to processing member withdrawals quickly and securely. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.

• Processing time: eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) — 15 to 30 minutes. FPX / bank transfer — 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on bank processing times.
• Withdrawals submitted on business days between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM are processed with the highest priority.
• Prior to processing the first withdrawal, Asia Bookie reserves the right to request full identity verification, including a photo of the member's Malaysian identity card.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Asia Bookie offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• The welcome bonus cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

• For football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League), matches that are postponed or abandoned before 90 minutes of full time will be considered void unless otherwise stated.
• For live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), results announced by the dealer during a live session are final.
• For e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), bets are only valid if the match is completed in full according to the format stipulated by the organiser.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, use third-party software, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• All betting limits (minimum and maximum) for each section of the platform are displayed in the relevant interface before a bet is placed.
